1. Who we are
This website is operated by AVCI GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with its principal office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information is processed when you visit this website or contact us, and what choices you have.
2. The short version
This is a static informational website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising networks, social-media plug-ins, embedded videos or maps, and it has no contact form or user accounts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space. The only personal information that arises is (a) the technical server log created when your browser requests a page and (b) whatever you choose to send us by email or telephone.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany, so the technical data described below is processed within the European Union, outside the United States. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
When you open a page, the web server automatically records a log entry containing your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the HTTP status code, your browser type and version, your operating system and the referring page, if any. These logs are used solely to operate the site securely, to detect abuse and to diagnose errors. They are not combined with other data sources and are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period.
4. Contacting us
If you write to us at info@avciglobalholdings.com or call us, we process the information you provide (your name, contact details and the content of your message) solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a business relationship. Our mailbox is hosted by the same provider in Germany. We delete inquiries once they are resolved, unless a business record must be retained for accounting, tax or legal reasons.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising or tracking service, and we do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising purposes. Because no tracking takes place, the website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals in any special way — there is nothing to switch off.
6. Links to other websites
This website contains a link to our location on Google Maps and may contain other links to third-party websites. Once you follow such a link you leave this website, and the privacy practices of the respective operator apply. No data is sent to those operators before you click.
7. Sharing of information
We share personal information only with our hosting and email provider (see section 3) as a service provider acting on our instructions, and otherwise only where required by law, legal process or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR and comparable laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights available to them under those laws. We will honor every reasonable request, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
This website is directed at business customers and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
All pages are delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to our mailbox is restricted to authorized persons.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies; the date below shows the current status.
